Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of validaid (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using validaid on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

1. The Service

validaid is a tool for running product experiments as a visual evidence tree. We may update, improve, or change features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.

2. Accounts

You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your workspace; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other customers’ data, no reselling without permission, and no use that disrupts the Service for others.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you put into validaid. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or non-payment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, validaid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
